#3073 The Role of Rb as a Prognostic Factor in Grade 3 Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (G3NEC) Treated by First Line Platinum-Etoposide Combination, a Retrospective Study

Introduction: G3NEC are heterogeneous and aggressive diseases which can arise in different organs. Platinum-etoposide combination is used as first line treatment whatever the primary. Rb has been suggested to be a predictive/prognostic factor.

#3071 Hormonal Ectopic Secretion Syndromes Associated to Neuroendocine Neoplasia

Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasias (NEN) are able to produce and secrete bioactive peptides and cause distinct syndromes related to their biological effects. The outcome will depend on the oncological disease as well as the hormonal syndrome

#3039 Evaluation of Overall Survival (OS) in Patients with NETG1/G2 Neuroendocrine Neoplasms of the Small Intestine (SI-NENs)

Introduction: In many cases, the cause of death in patients with carcinoid syndrome (CS) is carcinoid heart disease (CHD) which is most often diagnosed in patients with SI-NEN.

#3036 Can Ki-67 with 5.5% Be Better in Predicting Prognosis for Well Differentiated Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors?

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are rare malignancies, Ki-67 is a cell proliferation marker that has been shown to have some utility in predicting prognosis of neuroendocrine tumors. However, the ideal grading method for G1/G2 remains controversial.

#2969 Lanreotide Autogel and Octreotide LAR Treatment Patterns: Results from a Nationwide French Retrospective Study

Introduction: Lanreotide autogel (LAN) and octreotide LAR (OCT) are long acting somatostatin analogues (LA-SSAs) used to treat acromegaly and gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). Previous studies conducted in North America and Sweden showed some differences between both LA-SSAs in terms of dose and persistence.
